Bravura Consulting believes that BEE plays an important role not only in the transformation of South Africa but also as a critical element of sustainable development within our country. Furthermore, when implemented correctly, BEE can be a driver of economic growth not only for South Africa generally, but also specifically for the company implementing the strategy. As such, companies operating in South Africa should align any BEE strategy with their business strategies and growth objectives.
